"Buttered" noodles

Recipe uses pureed Squash

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1/2 c yellow squash puree
  • 1/4 c skim milk
  • 2 TB butter or marg
  • 2 TB graded parm (plus more on top for serving)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1



Cook pasta to al dente. Drain, return to the warm pot, and stir in other ingredients.
