Cranberry Salsa

Cool, colorful and refreshing. Cranberries aren't just for winter any longer!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into 3" lengths
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3/4 c white sugar
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a medium blade
Chop to a medium consistency

Refrigerate if not used immediately.

Serve at room temperature with chips of your choice.
