  • Dressing:
  • 1 lbs. asparagus, cut in 1" pieces and cooked until crisp-tender
  • 4 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 3 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
