Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese & sour cream; add mayo, lemon juice, mustard, & old bay. Fold in cheese. Gently fold in crab meat.

Place in greased casserole dish. Top with additional cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly & slightly browned.
