- 1 12OZ. JAR ORANGE MARMALADE

Step 1
PLACE 1 INCH OF WATER IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, ADD CARROTS, BRING TO BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 12-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISP-TENDER. DRAIN CARROTS AND PLACE IN LARGE SERVING BOWL, STIR IN MARMALADE. SERVE WITH A SLOTTED SPOON.
