Ingredients
- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2/3 cups white grape juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 10 pop sticks in a bowl of warm water.
2. Cut each kiwi into 5 thick slices, stack 2 in each mold. Place berries, sugar and a few tbsp of juice in a blender, blend until smooth. Gradually blend in remaining juice. Pour puree into molds.
3. To release air bubbles poke fruit with a skewer and tap molds on a counter a few times. Place lid on top and insert damp pop sticks. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
