Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) pkg refrigerated pie crusts
- 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pie crusts according to package directions for a two crust pie using 9 inch pie pan. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Spoon into crust lined pan. Place second crust over filling; fold edge of top crust under bottom crust and flute. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
