Ingredients
- 2 pounds white fish, halibut, sole, cod
- Salt and black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs or panko crumbs
- 2 T unsalted butter, melter
- 1 T olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a large baking dish, season fish with salt and pepper.
3. Mix parmesan and bread crumbs, melted butter and olive oil; sprinkle over fillets
4. Bake 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with fork and is golden
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
