Crunchy Baked Parmesan White Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp sale
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pound white fish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 450. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray
2. In large resealable plastic bag combine crushed cornflakes, parmesan, dill, salt and pepper
3. In a shallow dish whisk together milk and egg. Dip fish in egg mixture, turning to coat, then place in bag. Seal; turn to coat, pressing so that the crunchy coating adheres to the fish
4. Place fish on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easity with a fork
