DoubleTree Signature Cookies

When you check into a DoubleTree Hotel, they give you a little bundle of 2-3 cookies. I didn't think they were anything special and left the bundle unopened. Needing a quick sugar fix I decided to split a cookie in half. OH BOY! These are really good! Needeless to say, they didn't last long after my discovery.
