Blackout Cake with Chocolate Crunch
Moist, fudgy and delicious! I had none of the problems noted in previous reviews. The cake was moist and chocolatey and when following the directions to chill for 10 minutes the frosting was easy to spread on the cake layers without tearing the cake. My only issue was that the cake was so moist that it took much more than 20 minutes to dry out the crumb/crunch layer. My co-workers are loving it!
