Tomato & Goat Cheese Tarts, from Ina Garten
This recipe is slightly adapted from Ina Garten's Cookbook "Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics".
The prep time really doesn't take that long-- it takes about 30 minutes to caramelize the onions, but the puff pastry is a cinch to work with.
I made a few adaptations and I drizzled a balsamic reduction sauce at the end.
