Vanilla Pudding Fruit Dip

Use as a dip or spread on bottom of quiche dish or other round pan and layer fruit slices on top. Great "fancy fruit" for brunch this way.

At Christmas, use strawberry and kiwi slices, add some red currants, and slices of star fruit.
