Blueberry Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Place rack in center of oven, and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) Yellow mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Strawberry Jello Cake

Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Cake Layer:
- 1/2 box yellow or white cake mix +half of ingredients called for on the box
- Filling Layer:
- 6 ounces strawberry jello powder
- 8 ounces whipped cream or topping
- 10 fresh strawberries halved
- Mirror Glaze:
- 3 ounces strawberry jello powder
Best Chicken Stew

Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, halved crosswise and trimmed
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
