- 1 9 in. pie shell
- 5 large tomatoes, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4-inch thick

- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano

Green Beans with Pine Nuts

In a saucepan, bring enough water to cover the beans to a rolling boil
- 2 pounds young green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon salt
