- 1/2 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 -inch knob ginger, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 to 3 scallions, thinly sliced, green tips reserved for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice powder
- Few dashes Sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 16 round wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil
- 1/4 cup chicken stock or water, plus more as needed
Honey Rosemary Chicken

Heat 1 tablespoon EVOO, a turn of the pan, in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 6-ounce pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 rounded tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A handful of pine nuts or sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Mexican Corn Dip

Mix all ingredients on stovetop and serve warm
- 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green
- chilies
- 2 small cans shoe peg corn
- 1 stick butter
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- cumin - to taste
- Split recipe in half for smaller party

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
