Spaghetti Sauce

Wiggins spaghetti sauce with meat
- 1/8 cup oil (I use vegetable)
- 1 medium onion
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 lb ground beef
- garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce (white wine)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce (I use Tabasco)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
