- 1/3 cup sour cream (more or less, depending on the size of the potatoes

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbs. fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tbs. cooked bacon, chopped
The Best BBQ Baby Back Ribs

- Rub:
- 2 slabs baby back pork ribs
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 tablespoon coarsely cracked black pepper

- •1/2 cup tomato paste
