  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter (melted) (1/2 cup)
  • -mix- spread in bottom of 9X13" greased pan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box (1 lb) powered sugar
  • - Mix thoroughly and pour over cake mixture
  • -Bake 325 for 45 minutes

  • 1/2 chicken cut up
  • water
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups thin egg noodles

  • 1 dozen flour tortillas
  • 3 chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (7 oz) can green chile salsa
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound grated cheese (jack and/or cheddar)
  • Bake chicken in foil for 1 hr at 400 degrees. Shred into pieces.
  • Mix soups, salsa & milk, set aside.
