Singapore Slip

Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins or highball glass
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau Triple Sec
- 1 Generous Splash of Benedictine liqueur
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Muddle ginger and sugar in cocktail shaker until paste forms
- 1 1/3 -inch slice peeled fresh ginger, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp (packed) golden brown sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 cups vodka
- 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chile pepper-flavored vodka (Absolut Peppar or Stolichnaya Pepper)
- 2 tbsp Cointreau or other orange liqueur
- Crushed ice

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass
- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 tsp Crème De Menthe (Green)

Place the sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass, add the bitters to it, and crush in the sugar cube
- 1 cube sugar
- 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz absinthe (or anise liqueur)
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 Lemon peel
