Melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melted
- 1/4 c butter
- 40 marshmallows
- 6 c Rice Krispies

Mix together olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt & pepper
- 1 c olive oil
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 T hot pepper sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T tomato paste
- 2 t dried oregano
- 1 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 2 lbs. shrimp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 25 solid chocolate candies (kisses)
- 1 1/2 Tbls confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

In a shallow dish, soak skewers in water for at least 20 minutes
- 16 4-inch long wooden skewers
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, for basting
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chives, about a handful, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

Mix crumbs, 1/2 c pecans, sugar & butter
- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c coarselly chopped pecans
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 4 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 14 oz caramels
- 2 T water

Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 10 inch serving plate
- 1 (12 oz) container soft cream cheese
- 2/3 c shredded carrots
- 1/2 c chopped salted peanuts
- 1/4 c chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 c green onion slices
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t ground ginger
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 sm garlic clove, minced
- 2 T sweet and sour sauce

- 1/3 c chopped onion
