  • 2.5 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 large can of pumpkin
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Note: cut sugar from 3 cups to 2.5 and oil from 1 cup to 3/4 cup.
