Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers

- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1-1/2 tsp steak seasoning like Montreal Steak Grill Mates
- 4 thick slices red onion
- 4 oz reduced fat Swiss, sliced thin (Alpine lace)
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 1/2 avocado, sliced thin
- baby spinach
- 4 whole wheat low calorie buns (I used Martin)
Tortang Giniling

1. In a preheated pan with oil, saute the garlic, onion, and tomato over medium heat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 1/2 tomato, minced
- 1/2 pound ground pork (NOTE: Don't use more than 1/2 pound)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small potato (yukon or red)
- 1 tbsp raisins
- salt and pepper, to taste

- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds assorted tomatoes [such as regular vine-ripened tomatoes, plum tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and yellow teardrop tomatoes]
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, drained and sliced
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced basil leaves

- 1 (12-ounce) box Nabisco Nilla Wafers (no substitutions!)(NOTE: Use about 1 and 1/2 boxes)
