- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
- 2 containers of real bacon pieces (not bits)

- 2 cans spiced apple pie filling (I use country apple)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter (cut into pats)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
Peanut Butter Pie

Frozen peanut butter pie with chocolate graham cracker crust Good Summer treat
- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cool whip
- 3 1/2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
Crabmeat Casserole

Make sure shells are out of crab meat (easiest way is to feel by hand - messy, but effective)
- 1 lb backfin crabmeat
- 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
- 3 green onions (tops and all)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 2 heaping tablespoons of mayo
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Shot of hot sauce
Classic Punch

Mix all ingredients well and chill
- 1 quart cranberry cocktail juice
- 1 quart pineapple juice
- 2 liter ginger ale
- 1 cup of sugar
Chocolate Chip Cake

Moist extra chocolatey cake
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Pie

Combine first 3 ingredients really well with a hand mixer and spread into graham cracker crust
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 pkg cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker crust
Mom's Cornbread

Moist cornbread for those that like a cake-like cornbread rather than a dry cornbread
- 2 packs of Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn (1/2 of juice drained)
Sausage Dip

Brown sausage and drain. Mix cream cheese and Rotele with sausage until blended
- 1 lb mild sausage (Jimmy Dean or Neese's)
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese - softened
- 1 can of Rotele original - drained

- 1 cup of Pet milk
- Dash of nutmeg
