- 1 pound chicken cutlets (scallopine)
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

- 5 -6 cups yellow onions, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs)

- 8 pieces naan flatbread approximately 5 inches in diameter
- 2/3 cup to 1 cup of prepared refrigerated Alfredo sauce
