Cinnabons Cinnamon Rolls

MAKE AHEAD CINNAMON ROLLS These cinnamon rolls are great because they could be made ahead
- Dough
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or instant yeast
- 1 cup milk lukewarm
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter unsalted, softened, or margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- Filling
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter unsalted, softened, or margarine
- Cream cheese icing
- 6 tbsp butter unsalted, softened, or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar also known as icing sugar, or confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Mustard Glazed Top Sirloin

1. Preheat and oil the grill
- 4 8-ounce top sirloins
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. dry sherry
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
Almond Joy Cake

Prepare cake according to package directions
- For filling:
- 1 (2 layer) size chocolate cake mix with puding in the mix (or devils food, Swiss chocolate, German chocolate or chocolate fudge cake mix)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 (14 ounce) package shredded cocdonut (or less, to taste)
- For frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (6 ounce) or (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips. (Use according to your taste)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped or sliced almonds, toasted
Acorn Squash with Rosemary and Brown Sugar

Using a paring knife, score each wedge of squash lengthwise down the middle of the flesh
- 1 2-lb. acorn squash (unpeeled), halved lengthwise, seeded, and cut into 8 triangles
- 1 T. butter
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3 T. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Turkey Noodle Casserole

Mix the breadcrumbs, 1 T. olive oil, Parmesan and sage in a small bowl
- 2 oz. (4 T) unsalted butter; more for the baking dish
- Kosher salt
- 3/4 cup coarse dry breadcrumbs
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. fresh sage
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. assorted fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
- 3 T. minced shallots
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/4 oz. (1/2 cup) flour
- 6 cups low fat milk
- 3 1/2 oz. (1 1/2 cups) grated sharp white Cheddar
- 3 T. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 8 oz. pappardelle pasta
- 3 cups shredded or diced roast turkey

1. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 T. olive oil
- 3 pounds chicken parts, skin removed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t. Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 pound mushrooms, cut in half (about 5 cups)
- 2 medium onions, chopped (about 2 cups
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 package (16 ounces) pappardelle or fettuccine, cooked and drained
