This Jell-O Crown Jewel Cake recipe is ideal for your kids' birthday party or other events
- 1 package (3 ounces) Orange Jell-O
- 1 package (3 ounces) Cherry Jell-O
- 1 package (3 ounce) Lime Jell-O
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 package (3 ounce) Lemon Jell-O
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip (do not substitiue)
- 1/2 package Knox Gelatin

Pear Salad

Fantastic Salad for a Summer Treat
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Red Onion - thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of dry mustard
- 1/2 Cup of french fried
- onion rings salad toppings
- 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
- 2 fresh pears - sliced
- 2 Cups Butter Lettuce
- 1/2 Spring lettuce mix
Fish Soup

Terrific soup for a cold winter evening
- 3/4 pound halibut - in cubed size pieces
- 1-1/2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- 1 large onion halved and slinly sliced
- 1/2 28oz can plum tomatoes, drained
- 2 8oz bottles of clam juice
- 3/4 Cup dry white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 piece of orange peel strip
- 1/8 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
- 1/8 tsp. dried pepper flakes (cayenne)
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup orzo - uncooked
- 1 pound clams - cooked
- or one can of baby clams
- minced parsley to taste
