Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse

A rich and creamy (but slightly tart) mousse
- 200 g full fat cream cheese
- 75 g caster sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 200 g fresh raspberries
- 125 ml double cream
- 6 tbsp. of good quality raspberry preserves

- 1 packet of good quality cake mix
- 1 tub of frosting
- 4 Good quality chocolate bars
- Cake Pop Sticks (enough for the number of cake pops you wish to make)
- Sprinkles
- 1 Styrofoam block
