  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened chestnut puree
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Tahitian vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Armagnac
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
