- 1 pound chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cans Great Northern Beans
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 cans green chilis
- 1/2 can jalapenos
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 T sugar
Slow-Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

Place carrots, celery and potatoes in a 6-qt
- 2 medium carrots, halved lengthwise and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 celery ribs, halved lengthwise and cut into 3-inch pieces
