Chocolate Caramel-Almond Tart

Chocolate is chilled overnight and caramel needs to cool for 30 minutes
- 4-1/2 oz. (1 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour; more for rolling the dough
- 3 Tbs. granulated sugar
- Pinch of table salt
- 3 oz. (6 Tbs.) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
