Orange Beef Stir-Fry

Directions Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, (from 1 orange)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light-brown sugar
- 1 pound top or bottom round steak, cut into strips, 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 bunch (1 pound) broccoli, florets broken into small pieces (reserve stalks for another use)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, (ribs and seeds removed), cut into strips, 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide
Grilled Salmon with Tomato-Ginger Sauce

Directions Preheat a grill to medium high
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 small head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cut into florets (or 1 pound bagged florets)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 4 10 -ounce skin-on salmon steaks (preferably wild)
- Vegetable oil, for the grill
- 2 pieces naan (or other flatbread)

- 2 cups thin pretzel sticks
- 1 cup natural almonds
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
