  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced (1/4-inch slices)
