PICKLED EGGS AND RED BEETS

Place eggs in bowl and top with red beets
- 12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
- 2 cans red beets, drained ( reserve the juice).
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. Pickling Spices

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 package of two mini, ready-made Boboli® pizza crusts
- 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 large carrot, julienned (1 cup)

- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced (1 cup)
- 3 stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 - 14.5 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 - 12oz can V-8 juice
- 1/1 can white wine
