- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water

- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional; only if you like tang)

Freezer Meal for the Slow Cooker-Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken

These calzones are just like a folded over pizza
- Serves 4- I double or triple this recipe for freezing
- Freezer bags
- Parchment paper (sold near foil and plastic wrap)
- Pizza dough, 1= cans (I used the refrigerated pizza dough sold near the rolls.)
- Cornmeal for sprinkling
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 20 to 28 slices pepperoni
- Spaghetti sauce of your choice (1 to 2 jars depending on recipe size.)
No Egg No Bake Cookie Dough

Holiday Crockpot Herb Potatoes

A super easy side dish! Adjust seasoning to your taste
- 2 bags of very small gourmet red potatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 stick of butter, melted
Stuffed Patty Pan Squash

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Tools needed: melon baller, large skillet, large sauce pan with lid, aluminum foil and a large baking dish.
- 4 patty pan squash (blossom and stem removed)
- 4 to 5 slices of thick cut bacon
- 1 small diced onion (about 1/3 cup) - I prefer to dice using the food processor. It saves time and prevents teary eyes.
- 1 clove of minced garlic - This is optional to add, as not everyone likes fresh garlic.
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons of finely grated Parmesan cheese ( I like to use more by sprinkling it on top.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
