Candied Bacon Toffee

Salty, sweet and bacon...what's not to love? This Candied Bacon Toffee is easy to make and everyone will love it!
- TOFFEE:
- CANDIED BACON
- 3/4 pounds of bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 2 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. dark unsulfured molasses
- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- Kosher salt
