The cookies are adapted from Wolffie's coconut chocolate chip cookie recipe in La Dolce Vegan
- Cookies:
- 2 Tbsp. flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp. water in small cup
- 1/2 cup veg marg
- 3/4 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dried cherries/cranberries
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Frosting:
- 2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. veg marg
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1/4 cup soymilk
Pillow soft vegan chocolate chip cookies

this recipe is adapted from vegan with a vengeance's chocolate chip cookies
- 1/2 cup earth balance marg, soft & at room temp.
- 1/2 c + 2 T organic brown sugar.
- 1 T molasses.
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla.
- 1-1/4 c. whole wheat white flour.
- 1/2 tsp soda.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips (Ghiradelli brand).
- 2-3 T soymilk.
Adri's "little drops of Marilyn" lemon cookies

Adri made these luscious little drops of lemon sweetness for my "How to marry a Millionaire" party
- 1 1/4 cups pine nuts, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus 1 cup for rolling
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, plus 2 teaspoons
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Double layer chocolate mousse cake

This is a luscious vegan chocolate cream cake
- Batter: 2 c flour, 1/2 c cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking soda, 1-1/2 c turbinado sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1-3/4 c water, 2 TBS apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 c oil
- Mousse Frosting: 349 g silken extra firm tofu, patted dry, 1/4 c agave nectar, 2 tsp vanilla, 1-3/4 c dairy free chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli semi-sweet)

- 2/3 cup whole wheat white flour/ whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/3 c turbinado sugar
- 1/3 c pure maple syrup
- 1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 6 TBS oil
Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting

- 1/4 c liquid coconut oil
- 1/3 c smooth natural peanut butter
- 2 TBS pure maple syrup
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/4 c powdered sugar
