Exploring ways to use plums in cake, I made this plum cake
- Topping :
- Plums – 8 ; pitted & quartered
- Pistachio nuts – 1/2 cup ; roughly chopped
- Butter – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- Almond Extract – 1 tsp
- Flour – 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
