Bring a large pot of water to a boil

  • 1/4 pound linguini or another one of the skinny
  • pastas, regular or whole wheat
  • 1 half boneless, skinless chicken breast (or the
  • equivalent amount of salmon, tuna or a can of tuna)
  • sliced into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Meyer lemon, peeled with a paring knife then cut
  • into thin slices and quartered, seeds removed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 kalamata olives, pitted, and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 1 -1/2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 T minced scallions
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 t dry mustard
  • 1 t Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs

  • 2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise or more as needed
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon at the most
  • 1/2 lb. to 1 lb. salad shrimp. Take the time to remove
  • any shells.
  • Tabasco to taste (I am very generous with this)
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste - about 1 Tbs.
