- 2 (clove) garlic, minced
- 1/2 (cup) heavy cream
- 2 (teaspoon) grated zest
- 1.0 (pound) farfalle
- 1 (5-6 ounce) bag baby spinach
- 1/2 (cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 (cup) pine nuts, toasted

- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
