- 1 cup organic olive oil
- 2/3 cup organic beeswax pastilles
- 1/4 cup raw organic shea butter
- 1 cup arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoons rosehip seed oil
- 1 teaspoon vitamin e
- one quart wide mouth mason jar for melting
- 1 oz deodorant sticks (optional) or jars, they'll work too!

Mom's Spanish Chicken and Rice (otherwise known as arroz con pollo)

Directions: Place onion, bell pepper, garlic, and cilantro in a chopper or food processor to chop fine
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 3/4 cups light beer
- 2 oz tomato sauce
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 packet Badia sazon (or make your own, see above)
- 6 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp (30 g) alcaparrado (or pitted green olives, capers and pimentos)
- 2 1/4 cups uncooked long grain white rice
- 2 tsp kosher salt
Mexican Corn Bread

Mix all ingredients. Grease 9x9 pan
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno peppers
Microwave Peanut Brittle

Cook sugar and white syrup for 4 minutes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 t. butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. soda
My Biscuits

Mix ingredients, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes

- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 4 tbls butter
- 2/3 cup milk
Microwave Caramel Corn

Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt in large glass mixing bowl
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3-5 qts. popped corn
Breakfast Casserole

Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 9x13 casserole dish
- 8-10 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slices of cubed white bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. browned, drained sausage
- 1 tsp dried mustard
Breakfast Casserole

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring to crumble
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 beaten eggs
- 2 cups milk
