Creamed Spinach- The Palm

Using your hands, squeeze as much water as possible from the sauce spinach
- Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, completely thawed
- 2 tablespoons lightly salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

1. Combine liquids. 2. Just before serving , add strawberries and sherbert
- 2 6 ounce cans frozen lemonade
- 2 6 ounce cans frozen orange juice
- 2 bottles ginger ale or Champagne
- 2 bottles club soda or seltzer
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 pint raspberry sherbert
