Eggnog Monte Cristos

- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 9 slices white sandwich bread
- 6 slices muenster or gouda cheese
- 6 slices oven-roasted turkey (leftover or deli-sliced)
- 6 slices baked ham (leftover or deli-sliced)
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- Generous pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)
- Cranberry sauce, for serving

- 1/2 lb. each red and white new potatoes (about 4 each)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

- 4 hot cooked ears corn on the cob
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped

- 1-12oz pk feel good cleaned and cut green beans
- 1-16oz pk asian classics Lo Mein noodles, thawed
- 1 lb stir-fry chicken strips
- 3 tblsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1-12oz pk asian slaw
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup garlic sauce
- 1 tblsp white roasted sesame seeds

- 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
