Melt first 3 ingredients in microwave
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 box Crispix or Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

For Jello topping: dissolve Jello with boiling water
- Jello topping:
- 6 oz strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 10 oz packages frozen strawberries with juice (slightly thawed)
- Crust:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 T. sugar
- Filling:
- 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
Crockpot Mac N Cheese

Nothing is easier than dumping ingredients into a crock pot and letting it cook
- 1 box (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 container (16 ounces) cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 cups shredded cheese, any variety
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 crockpot liner
Clam Chowder- Semi Homemade

"Throw it all in a crock pot, sit back and take all the credit for making one heck of a pot of clam chowder
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can new england clam chowder
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small can corn, drained (optional)
- 1 pint half & half
- 8 oz frozen hash browns
Southwestern Bean Salad Dip

(Large veggies should be chopped to approximately same size as beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chick peas
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (optional)
- 3/4 cup mild salsa (thick & chunky)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Butterfinger Cake

Prepare cake as usual and bake in a 9'x13' pan
- 1 box cake mix (white, yellow, or choc.)
- All ingredients listed to make cake
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 small container cool whip
- 3 full-size (or 8 'fun size') Butterfingers candy bars, crushed
Benedictine Spread

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grated cucumber, drained very well
- 1 teaspoon green onions, finely chopped
- 1 drop green food coloring
Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Spread potatoes in a roasting pan (or 9'x11' cake pan) and add in thawed artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs red-skinned new potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1 to 2 packages frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tsp lemon zest
TNT Crockpot Taco Soup With Pinto Beans

Brown beef and onions in skillet
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cans (14 oz) pinto beans
- 1 can (14 oz) tomatoes with chilies
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 pkg dry hidden valley dressing mix
- 1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) corn, drained (optional)

- 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo

- 2 tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
