In a Dutch oven, cook the macaroni according to package directions
- 9 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 pounds)
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 -2 teaspoons sriracha (depending on how spicy you would like this)
- 2 scallions, sliced thin, divided (white parts for cooking, green for serving)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstrach
- sesame seeds for garnish, if desired
