Creamy Coleslaw

Mix all ingredients except cabbage, carrot and onion in large glass or plastic bowl
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (4 cups)
- 1 small carrot, shredded (1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

- 2 medium leeks, white and light green parts only
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
- 2 medium carrots, diced small

- 5 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into (1/2-inch-thick) slices
