Bread Pudding - Raisin Bread Pudding

Pour half & half, melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg and whisk together in large bowl
- 1 16 oz Loaf of Raisin Cinnamon Bread
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 6 lg eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tblsp vanilla
- 2 tblsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 teasp cinnamon
- 1/4 teasp nutmeg
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
Salmon Patties

Serve with white gravy
- 1 can Pink Salmon (drain & remove bone)
- 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
- 2 tblsp Onion (chopped)
- 1 tblsp flour
- 2 tbls milk
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs or 5 crackers
- Flour for dusting
- Oil for Frying
- Oil for frying
Sopapilla Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray 9" X 13" baking dish
- 2 pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/4 sticks butter (softened & divided)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (divided)
- 2 teasp vanilla (divided)
- 2 pkg crescent rolls or 2 pkg seamless dough
- 1/2 teasp ground cinnamon
Squash Casserole

Boil squash in 1 cup water until tender Add remaining ingredients & add salt & pepper to taste Pour into a spraye
- 6 medium Yellow Squash (washed & cut into cubes)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tblsp Butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 slices American or Velvetta Cheese
- 3 tblsp Sugar
Molten Caramel-Apple Cakes

1 Heat oven to 450°F. Spray bottoms and sides of 6 (6-oz) custard cups with baking spray with flour
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (2 squares)
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped peeled apple
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Butter Pecan Pound Cake

- 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- 1 lg box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 4 lg Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
