- -packet of ranch seasoning
- -packet of au jus gravy mix
- -8 oz. can of tomato sauce
- -32 oz beef broth (large carton)
- 2 tablespoons Worcheshire

1. Chop iceberg and salami into thin strips
- SALAD:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, small
- 1/4 lb salami
- 1/4 lb shredded mozzarella
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Sweet and savory! This slow cooked pork tenderloin is bomb! Give it a try, it will become one of your favorites
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried onions, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Directions 1.Place chicken in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag
- 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (16 fl oz) bottle balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 pounds fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup instant rice, uncooked
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp margarine or oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green or red pepper (or both) chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
- 2 cups long grain rice
Hot Corn Chile Dip

Heat a grill on medium heat
- 5 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced finely
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cans diced green chiles
- 1 1/2 cups grated pepper-jack cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, sliced thin.

Nothing says comfort food like a delicious bowl of chicken and dumplings
- DUMPLINGS:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - or any oil on hand
- 2 chicken breasts (approximately 2-pounds)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 stalks celery, chopped (include the leaves for extra flavor)
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Parsley leaves, for serving
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- Sweet milk (I use Nimmy's - Carnation evaporated)
