Heat chicken and Red Hot Sauce until heated through
- 2 10-oz cans White Meat Chicken, drained
- 1 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 c Ranch Dressing
- 3/4 c Red Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Beer Corn Bread

- 2 c flour

One Pot Mushroom and Swiss Chard Pasta

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces mixed mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, oyster)
- 4 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces whole wheat gemilli pasta (or a similar shape)
- 1 bunch of swiss chard, removed from stems and torn
- 3 1/2 cups low-sodium vegetable or chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Honey-Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- 10-15 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/2 avocado (to serve with, if desired)
Grilled Beer and Butter Shrimp with Potatoes

- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- Kosher salt
- 1 (12-oz) bottle lager beer
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails left on)
- 3/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 small onion (minced)

- Several Tbsp "You Name it Beer Sauce"
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp caraway seed
