- 1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 Small Onion, Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 1/4 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt And Pepper

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 3/4 sticks butter
- 4 heaping tbsp cocoa
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb minus 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 6oz. pkg semi-sweet choco chips
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp. butter melted
- 16 3-inch unbaked pasty shells. (I bake mine a bit to brown bottoms)
